Job Summary
Associate Sales Representative, CST – Northern California. Field-based role within Medtronic’s Cranial & Spinal Technologies portfolio, requiring residence within the territory and regular travel to accounts (up to 50% travel; occasional evenings/overnights). Responsibilities include supporting district/territory sales activities, case coverage, inventory coordination, and detailing the CST product portfolio (including AiBLE ecosystem) to current and prospective customers, while adhering to CST policies and procedures. A valid driver’s license is essential. This position is remote within the territory and includes structured onboarding with potential pathway to a full Sales Representative role after training milestones and demonstrated readiness.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma OR equivalent AND 4+ years of relevant sales/clinical/related experience; OR Associate’s Degree AND 2+ years of relevant experience; OR Bachelor’s Degree
