Job Summary
Promote Baxter hemostats, sealing, and tissue products in an assigned geography by covering cases with existing surgeons, communicating outcomes, and troubleshooting equipment for regulators. Maintain and build client relationships through in-servicing of spray equipment and education in-services while ensuring on-label usage. Strategically apply marketplace knowledge to achieve financial goals and quotas by collaborating with the Region Manager, Territory Business Manager, and Strategic Account Manager. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of experience, 50% travel, and a valid driver's license. Base pay ranges from $66,400 to $91,000 annually with sales incentives.
Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience
- 4+ years of relevant sales or operating room environment experience
