Associate Sales Representative, Advanced Surgery (Baltimore, MD Territory)

Promote Baxter hemostats, sealing, and tissue products in the Greater Baltimore, MD territory by covering cases with existing surgeons and communicating outcomes to the Region Manager, Territory Business Manager, and Key Account Manager. Maintain and troubleshoot equipment while conducting education in-services for regulators and spray equipment, and successfully build new client relationships through presence in the surgical suite. Understand the industry and competition to strategically apply knowledge for achieving financial goals and quotas, ensuring on-label usage of products across a multitude of specialties. The role requires 50% field travel and a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience. Base pay ranges from $66,400 to $91,000 annually with additional sales incentives.
