Job Summary
Associate Sales Representative manages a defined territory in the Dallas, TX area with a field-based, fully remote healthcare sales role. Responsibilities include establishing, managing, and growing healthcare accounts; planning territory workflow and reporting; marketing pneumatic compression devices through prospecting and in-services; coordinating with reimbursement and operations teams to drive order approval; educating referral sources on insurance requirements; providing ongoing updates on order status; overseeing patient home deliveries, equipment trials, and product education; performing daily field travel; attending trade shows and events; maintaining documentation in company systems; and upholding the organization’s mission and values. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED (bachelor’s degree preferred), valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and active insurance, ability to drive extensively, and ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Healthcare sales, DME, or insurance experience is preferred.
