Job Summary
Greet customers, listen to their needs, and inspire purchases while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor. Receive, price, and stock donations; hang, inspect, and tag textiles in a production environment. Operate cash registers to record sales, handle transactions, and issue receipts accurately. Keep aisles and work areas clean by removing debris, sweeping, and emptying trashcans. Adhere to loss prevention and inventory control procedures while safeguarding team members and property from theft or damage. Maintain regular attendance and punctuality as you support the mission of recirculating used goods to fund community programs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year minimum experience working successfully in retail customer service oriented environment
- Ability to bend, lift, grasp and move continuously through the day
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively work as a team to achieve mission goals
