Job Summary
Process merchandise and assist with the efficient operation of the retail store by greeting customers, listening to their needs, and guiding them toward purchases. Receive, price, and stock donations while hanging, inspecting, and tagging textile or clothing in a production environment. Operate cash registers to record sales, handle transactions, and issue receipts accurately. Maintain selling floor presentations, keep aisles free from debris, and perform basic janitorial duties to ensure clean, organized work areas. Adhere to loss prevention and inventory control procedures while safeguarding team members and property from theft or damage.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year minimum experience working successfully in retail customer service oriented environment
- Ability to bend, lift, grasp and move continuously through the day
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively work as a team to achieve mission goals
