Job Summary
Greet customers, ask questions to understand their needs, and guide them to find items that meet their shopping requirements. Receive, price, and stock donations by hanging, inspecting, and tagging textile or clothing in a production environment. Operate the cash register to receive payments, record sales transactions, and issue receipts accurately. Maintain selling floor presentations, keep aisles clear of debris, and perform basic janitorial duties to ensure work areas remain clean and organized. Adhere to loss prevention and inventory control procedures while safeguarding team members and property from theft or damage.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year minimum experience working successfully in retail customer service oriented environment
- Ability to bend, lift, grasp and move continuously through the day
- Good verbal communication skills with ability to effectively work as a team to achieve mission goals
