Job Summary
Greet customers, listen to their needs, and guide them to purchases while continuously improving selling techniques. Receive, price, and stock donations; hang, inspect, and tag textiles in a production environment. Operate cash registers to process payments, record sales, and issue receipts accurately. Maintain selling floor presentations, keep aisles clear of debris, and perform basic janitorial duties including sweeping and trash disposal. Adhere to loss prevention and inventory control procedures while reporting any safety hazards or unethical behavior to supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year minimum experience working successfully in retail customer service oriented environment
- Ability to bend, lift, grasp and move continuously through the day
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively work as a team to achieve mission goals
