Job Summary
Provide technical support for customers and partners during the presales and sales process. Serve as a technical contact for channel partners, assisting with technical requests and pre-sales support. Support the Sales and Inside Sales teams by drafting and reviewing RFP responses to ensure accuracy and alignment with client requirements. Develop deep knowledge of Nozomi Networks' products and services to communicate technical solutions effectively. Engage with customers and partners to understand their technical needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience. This Associate Sales Engineer role supports the EMEA region, partnering with the Regional Sales Director to shape customer outcomes and solve complex challenges in OT and IoT cybersecurity.
