Job Summary
Associate Sales Development Representative to proactively prospect and build a strong pipeline in Abbott’s Infectious Disease field sales, focusing on new account acquisition within a specified territory. Drive revenue growth by identifying high-value opportunities, qualifying deals, and advancing them through the pipeline while engaging hospital decision-makers. Maintain an active pipeline and use Salesforce to track activity and forecasts. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years’ sales experience; travel ~50% to develop territory and close business. Opportunities for promotion within 12–24 months for high performers.
