Job Summary
Associate Sales Development Representative to prospect and build a strong pipeline in the Infectious Disease sales territory, identify hospital decision-makers, qualify and advance deals, and drive new business growth using a structured, quota-driven process. Roles involve proactive data-driven prospecting, maintaining high-velocity pipeline, and collaborating with the Regional Business Manager to expand relationships and open new sales channels. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of sales experience, comfort with travel (~50%), and experience using Salesforce to manage pipeline. Remote role in the United States with potential relocation opportunities within the region after 12–24 months. Strong cross-functional collaboration, results orientation, and a hunter mindset are valued. The position is within Abbott’s Rapid and Molecular Diagnostics (RMDx) – Infectious Disease division, focusing on building revenue and achieving targets across assigned accounts.
Required Qualifications
