Job Summary
Associate Sales Development Representative in California (Los Angeles or San Diego) responsible for proactively prospecting to secure new business within an assigned territory, prioritizing high-value opportunities, and building relationships with hospital decision-makers to open new sales channels. Own qualification and advancement of deals through the pipeline based on customer needs and timing. Develop and execute targeted territory plans for new account acquisition and expansion; maintain a strong, active pipeline and move opportunities toward close. Track pipeline activity, customer interactions, and forecasts in Salesforce with a focus on results and accountability. Requires bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of sales experience, willingness to travel ~50%, and a competitive, quota-driven mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of winning new accounts and exceeding quota
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify, and close net-new business in competitive markets
- High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a results driven, quota-carrying environment
- Competitive background that demonstrates a strong drive, discipline, and a desire to win (e.g., collegiate athlete, club sports, military, or similar)
