Job Summary
Associate Sales Development Representative responsible for proactively prospecting to secure new business within the assigned U.S. territory, identifying high-value opportunities, building relationships with hospital decision-makers, qualifying and advancing deals through the pipeline, developing and executing targeted territory plans, maintaining an active pipeline, and leveraging Salesforce to track activity and forecasts. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of sales experience, a proven ability to prospect and close net-new business, willingness to travel ~50%, and a drive to perform in a quota-driven healthcare sales environment. Base pay range: $61,300.00 – $122,700.00 with potential for promotion within 12–24 months.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of winning new accounts and exceeding quota
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify, and close net-new business in competitive markets
- High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a results driven, quota-carrying environment
- Competitive background that demonstrates a strong drive, discipline, and a desire to win (e.g., collegiate athlete, club sports, military, or similar)
- Willingness to travel ~50% to actively develop territory, meet prospects, and close business
