Job Summary
Associate Sales Acceleration role supporting SuperUser and Company Initiatives teams with hands-on tasks in activation, setup, and account management. Responsibilities include assisting in account activation workflows (email domains, numbers, free trial senders, user accounts, billing addresses), learning and implementing Automatic Price features and price updates, and supporting CPQ/Salesforce-driven onboarding and operational processes. Collaborates with Partnership teams and Customer Owners to review costs, assist onboarding of new accounts, and help optimize internal processes. The position emphasizes supporting a customer-facing organization, learning pricing automation, and contributing to ongoing company initiatives while maintaining a flexible hybrid work model in Shanghai, China.
