Job Summary
Coordinate with suppliers to manage supply and fill rates, optimize availability, and drive process improvements across the tMart grocery store concept. Build supplier relationships, engage in proactive discussions to enhance service levels, and manage daily supply operations including delivery schedules and inbound receiving requirements. Implement the S&OP cycle by sharing SKU-wise rolling supply plans, coordinating with demand teams to incorporate constraints, and holding quarterly business reviews to drive corrective actions. Monitor service level dashboards using Looker and Tableau to track KPIs such as Supplier Fill Rate, On Time Delivery, and OTIF %. Requires 2-5 years of F&V experience, solid DC operations knowledge, and quality/food safety certification.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2-5 years of experience in F&V
- Solid knowledge of all DC operations
- Inventory control knowledge
- Basic finance knowledge
- Very Good English
- Quality and Food Safety Related certificate
