Associate

Associate to define, prioritize and implement client service models and processes for RBC’s Cash Management business, delivering digitally driven client interactions and seamless support across cross-functional teams (Client Oversight, Product, Engineering, GTM). Responsibilities include establishing fulfillment, maintenance and service models, CORE integration and liquidity models for US cash management to enable secure, convenient payments while remaining compliant with regulations; provide day-to-day operational support to clients and seek process improvements to enhance client experience and efficiency.
