Job Summary
Associate at RBC Dominion Securities in Saskatoon supports Advisors and clients by coordinating meetings, onboarding new clients, maintaining accurate account documentation, handling client inquiries on transactions and reporting, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. You will help manage client files, updates across communications channels, and assist with wealth management processes from onboarding to ongoing service, while collaborating with internal and external partners. Key skills include exceptional client service, organization, attention to detail, problem resolution, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of RBC DS systems and securities industry experience are assets.
Required Qualifications
- Must Have Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam, CIRE
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
- High level of time management and organization skills
- Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service
