Associate Role Bogota

Associate role focused on expert sourcing and outreach. You’ll drive initial outreach via cold calls, emails, and messages to identify and recruit industry experts across sectors, qualify candidates through screening calls, and negotiate with stakeholders. You’ll work toward daily and monthly KPIs, contribute to a high-performing bonus structure, and ensure compliance and data security in handling client and expert information. Strong English writing and communication skills, proactive collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment are essential.
