Job Summary
As an Associate in Risk & Quality at PwC, you'll support compliance with internal policies and procedures, evaluate and test the Firm's internal System of Quality Management, manage various audit and compliance review programs, perform root cause analyses, and maintain quality KPIs. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders, along with experience in quality reviewing and implementing continuous improvements. A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and 1-2 years of relevant experience are essential.

- 1-2 years of relevant experience in quality control / internal audit

- Experience conducting due diligence on clients
- Experience supporting and coaching junior associates
