Job Summary
Build and maintain reusable, scalable workflows across revenue forecasting, subscriber analytics, and title performance. Own dashboards, core tables, data pipelines, and ETL processes end to end, ensuring accuracy and observability. Automate recurring reporting and deploy AI-powered self-service tools with appropriate human oversight. Implement monitoring, anomaly detection, reconciliation, and versioned change management to keep critical data reliable. Organize business knowledge and analytical methodologies into structured repositories that enable responsible AI adoption. This role focuses on scaling AI automation within Revenue Analytics to drive membership and revenue outlook insights. In-office attendance is required Tuesday through Thursday in Los Gatos, California.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of work experience in finance, analytics, consulting, or a related quantitative field
- Experience conducting quantitative analysis, including modeling, and using data to drive insights, recommendations, and results
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong SQL skills
- Degree in economics, business, mathematics, engineering, computer science, or other relevant field, or equivalent work experience
- In-office attendance Tuesday through Thursday
- This role is based in our Los Gatos, California office
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Python is a plus
- Genuine interest in AI and automation, with a desire to experiment hands-on with Claude Code, Claude Cowork, or similar tools
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain analytical and technical concepts clearly to non-technical partners and senior leaders
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently, with the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
