Job Summary
Year-end testing for DC plans; respond to client service questions on retirement plan subjects; assist with plan terminations and EPCRS corrections; provide consulting to sponsors and advisors as needed. Works within Vestwell's hybrid in-office operation across Austin, King of Prussia, New York, and Scottsdale offices. Requires ability to manage a block of responsibilities, think analytically, and operate independently within deadlines. Ministial requirements include QKA certifications and strong knowledge of qualified retirement plan rules, IRS regulations, and plan administration, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite. Must be a collaborative team player who demonstrates ownership and initiative.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Retirement Plan Administration experience
- Experience in Retirement Plan Administration for Qualified Plans, including IQPA audits
- QKA certifications
- Exceptional understanding of plan administration, compliance testing and IRS regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & G Suite
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail & organization
- Team player with ownership and initiative
