Job Summary
Craft unforgettable domestic and international travel experiences including cruises, land tours, flights, and hotels by leveraging personal travel expertise to inspire clients. Process bookings, payments, and documentation while ensuring compliance with ARC, DOT, and AAA policies, and resolve client concerns under management guidance. Build long-term relationships to convert first-time clients into loyal travelers and educate them on exclusive AAA benefits and credit card perks. Attend promotional events, training, and familiarization trips to stay industry ahead. Work Monday through Friday with Sundays off, earning a base salary of $15.54 to $20.00 hourly plus monthly incentives.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of retail experience
- Certified Travel Associate (CTA) designation
- Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screening results including criminal, drug, and state and/or vendor specific screenings
- Ability to obtain necessary Membership license (or others) as required to perform the essential functions of the position
- Monday –Friday, 8 AM–6 PM, and Saturday, 9 AM–2 PM (37.5-hour work week) availability
