Job Summary
Craft unforgettable domestic and international travel experiences including cruises, land tours, flights, and hotels by leveraging personal travel expertise to inspire clients. Process bookings, payments, and documentation while ensuring compliance with ARC, DOT, and AAA policies, and educate clients on exclusive benefits like the AAA-branded credit card. Build long-term relationships to convert first-time clients into loyal travelers and resolve concerns under management guidance. Attend promotional events, training, and familiarization trips to stay ahead in the industry. Work a consistent schedule with Sundays off, Monday through Saturday hours totaling 37.5 hours weekly, earning a base salary of $14.73 to $19 hourly plus monthly incentives.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of retail experience
- Certified Travel Associate (CTA) designation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational ability
- Proficiency with travel booking systems and web-based applications
- Working knowledge of geography
- Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screening results including criminal, drug, and state and/or vendor specific screenings
- Ability to obtain necessary Membership license (or others) as required to perform the essential functions of the position
- Monday, 9AM to 6PM, Tuesday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM, and Saturday, 9AM to 12PM; (37.5-hour work week) availability
- Primary residence must reside within the footprint that AAA Club Alliance Inc. operates
