Job Summary
Conduct high-quality transactional services including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and payments while maintaining strict compliance with bank policies and regulations. Balance the cash fund at the end of each shift, reconcile transactions, and manage workstation controls for keys, stamps, and cash. Handle customer inquiries and claims, identify cross-selling opportunities, and report suspicious activity to management. Maintain accurate logs and registers for all transactions. Requires bilingual English and Spanish skills, one year of retail or cash register experience, and availability to work branch hours plus overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Associate, technical degree or approved credits in Business Administration or related field
- One (1) year of retail, customer service or cash register experience
- Basic mathematical skills
- Detail oriented
- Able to manage multiple priorities

- Observing the defined quality standards
- Demonstrated assertiveness in oral and written communications with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and other business applications such as Visio
- Availability to work based on the branch hours of operations
- Flexibility to work overtime according to business needs
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- Permanent or ongoing work authorization
