Job Summary
Associate Respiratory Care Practitioner to support delivery of Respiratory Therapy under hospital policies. Collaborate with physicians and nurses to plan and implement patient care plans. Complete department orientation and unit-specific orientation. May operate and maintain complex ventilatory support systems, monitoring and resuscitation devices, and perform respiratory care procedures and patient assessments. Assist physicians with delivering and directing respiratory therapy, and perform related patient care functions as qualified.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in AMA accredited school of Respiratory Therapy
- Bachelor's Degree in AMA accredited school of Respiratory Therapy
- Montana Respiratory Care Practitioner License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- CRT with less than 5 years' experience, must obtain RRT within 6 months of hire or 5 years CRT and no RRT requirement
