Job Summary
Lead the delivery of research projects from setup through reporting, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client objectives are met. Review data outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and methodological rigour while collaborating across accounts, operations, and specialist teams for seamless execution. Translate objectives into effective approaches, questionnaires, and deliverables, then analyze findings to develop insight-led recommendations that address client business questions. Create compelling reports and presentations communicating findings concisely, maintain command responsibility over implementation from questionnaire design to documentation, and support junior team members by sharing expertise and promoting best practices.
Required Qualifications
- At least three (3) years' work experience, in quantitative research
- College degree in any of the following – Communication Research, Marketing, Statistics, Math, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Mass Communication, Management or any related discipline
- Demonstrates intellectual and professional integrity
- Good networking skills and service orientation
- Innovative, adaptable and flexible
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Articulate at conveying ideas, both oral and written
- Good presentation skills
- A fast learner, good in numbers and attentive to details
- Location Mandaluyong City, Ortigas Center Philippines
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of various statistical and analytical techniques and/or tools is an advantage
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word
