Job Summary
Associates in the Research & Delivery role will utilize a variety of research tools, including Exiger’s AI-software, to gather and analyze risk and compliance intelligence on individuals and companies. Key responsibilities include creating detailed reports using web-based compliance tools, conducting thorough research using public records and databases, and effectively managing the case lifecycle. Candidates must have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required, along with 1-2 years of relevant professional experience. Successful candidates will work collaboratively within a multi-national team.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of professional experience
- Proficient in written and verbal English/Mandarin and other Chinese language skills
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Solid communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills
- Ability to deliver high quality work in a fast-paced, high volume environment with strict deadlines
