Job Summary
An Associate Research Consultant is responsible for managing commercial real estate contacts and ensuring the accuracy of the CoStar database. The role includes conducting 50+ daily calls to gather real-time property and transaction data, investigating listings and sales transactions, and building relationships with clients. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA, significant customer service experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The position requires candidates to adapt to changing situations and manage multiple responsibilities while providing excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited, not for profit University or College, with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
- Expected graduation date of May 2026
- Majoring in real estate, business, management, or comparable program
- Professional or internship experience in customer service, real estate, or comparable industry
- 8+ months experience in a customer service environment
- Microsoft Excel 365 experience is required
- Flexibility to work shifts aligned with ET, CT, MT, and PT time zones
- Evidence of strong academic performance in college
