Job Summary
Inside Sales associate responsible for handling inbound/outbound customer interactions by phone and email to increase sales, obtain and upsell orders, and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborates with outside sales and national accounts, prepares quotations, manages order status and delivery timelines, and coordinates with suppliers, shipping, and customs for import/export activities. Requires clear written and verbal communication, attention to detail, ability to multitask, teamwork, and travel up to 25%. Mandarin proficiency is required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree or Equivalent
- Business level proficiency with Mandarin
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel up to 25%
