Job Summary
Contribute to data center infrastructure deployment, maintenance, and support while developing services to identify and eliminate disruptions. Lead complex troubleshooting for critical technical issues across significant infrastructure populations and resolve escalated incidents. Perform technology upgrades, apply patches, and drive platform automation and orchestration for cloud infrastructure. Provide logging reports for performance and capacity planning, and participate in process documentation and peer code reviews. Support teams transitioning from legacy practices to new frameworks and technologies through uninterrupted service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure platform (public/private/hybrid)
- Advanced understanding/experience of hardware architecture, maintenance and repair
- Scripting skills
- Operating systems: Linux and Windows
- Manage monitoring environment using monitoring
- Some experience with SQL / PLSQL
- Understand cloud fundamentals
