Job Summary
Conduct interactive training at Financial Services University and analyze loan packages by assessing size, structure, and approval requirements. Build long-term client relationships through hands-on portfolio administration, process referrals for small business products, and manage loan commitments with accuracy. Achieve monthly call and product sales goals while reporting weekly activity and marketing results to the sales coach. Support specific financial centers' geographic areas and census tracts once accounts are opened. Attend regular training classes to stay updated on bank products and services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, preferably accounting or finance, with a minimum 2.75 GPA
- 6+ hours of accounting or equivalent graduate-level coursework
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous banking experience and knowledge of bank products
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Ability to start January 2027 or July 2027
Desired Qualifications
- GPA of 3.0 or better in your major
- Undergraduate or graduate coursework emphasizing financial statement analysis
- 9+ hours of Accounting, including Intermediate Accounting I, or equivalent graduate level Accounting
