Job Summary
Attend Financial Services University training and develop loan packages by analyzing size, structure, and conducting approval assessments. Become familiar with clients to understand and act on their needs while achieving monthly call and product sales goals. Process referrals for small business products including loans, depository accounts, trusts, and cash management services. Manage and support loan commitments with accuracy and efficiency while staying up to date on bank products through regular training. Report weekly activity and marketing results to the sales coach of business banking.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, preferably accounting or finance
- Minimum 2.75 GPA
- 6+ hours of accounting or equivalent graduate-level coursework
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous banking experience and knowledge of bank products
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
Desired Qualifications
- GPA of 3.0 or better in your major
- Undergraduate or graduate coursework emphasizing financial statement analysis
- 9+ hours of Accounting, including Intermediate Accounting I, or equivalent graduate level Accounting
