Associate Relationship Manager supports sales and servicing activities with Relationship Managers, conducts financial and risk analyses, assists in developing client solutions, and engages in business development. The role includes preparing client materials, inputting KYC information, pricing analyses, creating deal memos, and identifying new revenue opportunities through consultative selling while progressing through a structured learning curriculum with coaching from senior leaders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Business Administration) or equivalent work experience
- 1–2+ years of experience in commercial banking, financial services or client-facing sales role, or accounting
- Knowledge of financial and credit risk analysis
- Understanding of local/regional market dynamics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
