Job Summary

Relationship Manager in Corporate and Investment Banking tasked with acquiring and building a diversified portfolio within the IBG 4 segment, driving revenue from assets, trade, cash, treasury, and fees, and delivering results in line with lending guidelines. Key duties include sourcing new-to-bank asset relationships up to turnover targets, cross-selling asset, trade, cash, and treasury products, monitoring portfolio health with delinquencies at NIL, ensuring timely renewals, conducting due diligence on onboarding, maintaining strong KYC/AML adherence, and coordinating with risk, operations, and central teams. The role requires building DBS brand value in the local market, maintaining regular communication with stakeholders, and contributing to market intelligence and opportunity reporting while adhering to internal processes and policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Overall 3-5 years of experience in sales
  • 2-3 years of sales experience in SME/Business Banking Lending
  • 2-3 years experience in Working Capital sales and service portfolio
  • Proven sales track record in asset business in the SME/Business Banking segment
  • Education / Preferred Qualifications Bachelors in finance / Economics/Commerce or MBA or CA
  • Excellent Communication & Listening Skills
  • Good Sales & Negotiation Skills
  • Technical Competencies Working Capital Finance Knowledge
