Job Summary
Deliver attentive, friendly service to clients entering the branch, using consultative communication to understand their needs and tailor product recommendations. Educate clients on technology solutions like the Chase Mobile App and ATMs to streamline their banking. Meet with assigned clients in person and over the phone to build lasting relationships and address specialized financial needs by connecting them to team experts. Perform branch operations including managing cash devices such as the vault and ATM while adhering to all policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results
- Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients – elevate the client experience
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs
- Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail – providing consistent client experience
- Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
- Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators
- National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008
Desired Qualifications
- College degree or military equivalent
- Experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
