Job Summary
Associate Relationship Banker in a Chase branch greets clients, builds relationships, and offers thoughtful financial solutions using banking technology (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com) and in-branch support. Responsibilities include delivering attentive service, asking questions to understand needs, educating clients on technology-enabled solutions, meeting with clients in person and by phone to tailor product recommendations, quickly learning products and procedures, assisting with branch operations (cash devices, policies, and procedures), and collaborating with the team to ensure a compliant, high-quality client experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
