Job Summary

Requires ability to work with accuracy, communicate clearly, resolve issues, and operate within risk/compliance guidelines. 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking/Financial Services required; high school degree or GED required; willingness to work weekend/evening hours. Preferred qualifications include a college degree or military equivalent and familiarity with regulatory requirements (Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act) and NMLS/SAFE Act considerations.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
- Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients – elevate the client experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs.
- Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail – providing consistent client experience.
- Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
