Job Summary
Associate Relationship Banker in a Chase branch focused on welcoming clients, delivering attentive service, and leveraging banking solutions. Responsibilities include engaging clients to understand needs, educating on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), meeting with clients in person and via phone to build relationships, quickly learning products and procedures to advise on banking solutions, and performing branch operations in alignment with bank policies. Requires strong communication, relationship-building skills, and ability to work flexible branch hours (including weekends/evenings).
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
