Job Summary
Associate Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch in Sterling, VA represents the brand with hospitality, welcoming clients and using financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions. Responsibilities include delivering attentive service, engaging in consultative communication to understand client needs, educating clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), meeting with clients in person or by phone to build relationships, quickly learning products and procedures to advise on banking solutions, and collaborating with specialists to address complex financial needs, while performing branch operations in line with bank policies.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
- Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients – elevate the client experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs.
- Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail – providing consistent client experience.
- Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
