Job Summary
Deliver attentive, friendly service to clients walking into branches, using financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions that address their needs. Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client goals, anticipate requirements, and tailor product recommendations. Educate clients on technology solutions like the Chase Mobile App and ATMs to support their banking needs. Meet with assigned clients in person and over the phone to build lasting relationships. Perform branch operations including managing cash devices while adhering to all policies and procedures. This role requires working branch hours including weekends and evenings.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results
- Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients – elevate the client experience
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs
- Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail – providing consistent client experience
- Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
- Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators
- National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008
Desired Qualifications

- Experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
