Job Summary
Associate Relationship Banker in Summerville, SC who welcomes clients entering the branch and over the phone, builds lasting relationships, and tailors financial solutions using knowledge of banking products and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs). Responsibilities include delivering attentive, consultative service, educating clients on technology solutions, meeting with clients to understand financial needs, educating teammates, and performing branch operations while adhering to bank policies and risk/compliance obligations. Requires solid communication skills, ability to resolve issues with attention to detail, and comfort working within branch hours including weekends/evenings. Preferred qualifications include a college degree or military equivalent and experience with banking regulatory requirements (Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act), and NMLS registration requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
