Job Summary
Deliver attentive, friendly service to clients walking into branches, using financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions that address their needs. Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client situations, anticipate requirements, and build lasting relationships through in-person and phone meetings. Educate clients on technology solutions like the Chase Mobile App and ATMs, while performing branch operations including managing cash devices and adhering to all policies. Collaborate with team experts to connect clients with specialized financial needs and tailor product recommendations based on their unique circumstances.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results
- Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients – elevate the client experience
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs
- Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail – providing consistent client experience
- Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
- Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators (employment offer contingent on review of criminal conviction history, credit report, NMLS information, and determination of financial responsibility, good character, and general fitness)
- National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008 (required to register on NMLS or update existing registration immediately after start date)
- No felony conviction within the last seven years (felony conviction within last seven years will disqualify candidate)
Desired Qualifications
