Job Summary
Associate Relationship Banker responsibilities include welcoming clients in the branch, delivering attentive and friendly service, and leveraging digital banking tools to address clients' financial needs. You will meet with clients in person and over the phone to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations. The role requires quick learning of products, procedures, and collaboration with specialists to assist with complex financial needs, while performing branch operations in compliance with bank policies. Strong communication, relationship-building, and risk/compliance awareness are essential, as is the ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results
- Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail
- Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training
Desired Qualifications
