Job Summary
Associate Relationship Banker role focused on developing and deepening client relationships within consumer and business banking. Responsibilities include providing exceptional client service, identifying and recommending banking solutions (deposits, electronic services, loans), opening/closing accounts, processing a range of transactions, addressing inquiries, and onboarding clients. The role requires collaboration with business development and lending teams, adherence to internal controls and regulatory policies, and support for audits. Candidates should have strong client service, multitasking, data-entry accuracy, and communication skills, with ability to travel to other bank locations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One-year experience in banking, client service, or related field with cash handling experience
- Capability to perform lending, sales, or account management
- Excellent client service skills
- Capability to prioritize and execute tasks simultaneously in a demanding environment
- Capability to perform data entry utilizing banking software and Microsoft 365 products
- Demonstrates strong decision making & critical thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
