Job Summary
Associate Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch at Mondawmin Community Center, Baltimore, delivering attentive, hospitality-driven service to clients while leveraging banking solutions and technology to address financial needs. Responsibilities include greeting clients, understanding their financial needs through consultative communication, educating on technology tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), meeting with clients in person and by phone to build lasting relationships, quickly learning products/procedures to advise on banking solutions, and performing branch operations in line with policies and risk/compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
