Job Summary
Deliver attentive, friendly service to clients walking into branches, using financial knowledge to offer tailored solutions that address their needs. Engage in consultative communication by asking questions and listening to understand, then educate clients on technology solutions like the Chase Mobile App and ATMs. Meet with assigned clients in person and over the phone to build lasting relationships, while performing branch operations such as managing cash devices. Collaborate with team experts to connect clients with specialized financial needs. Work branch hours including weekends and evenings. This role represents Chase's culture of hospitality and diversity within the Metro Southeast branch.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results
- Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients – elevate the client experience
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs
- Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail – providing consistent client experience
- Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
- Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators (employment offer contingent on JPMC's review of criminal conviction history, credit report, NMLS information, and determination of financial responsibility, good character, and general fitness)
- National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008 (required to register on NMLS or update existing registration upon active employment)
- No felony conviction within the last seven years
Desired Qualifications

- Experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
