Job Summary
Associate Relationship Banker at a Chase Branch in Marco Island, FL who welcomes clients and builds lasting relationships by delivering attentive, consultative service and guiding them to banking solutions using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs. Responsibilities include meeting with clients in person and over the phone to understand financial needs, tailoring product recommendations, learning products and procedures, collaborating with specialists, and handling branch operations in accordance with bank policies and procedures. Requires 1+ year of sales in financial services, strong communication, risk/compliance awareness, and the ability to work weekend/evening hours. High school degree or GED required; college degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
- Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients – elevate the client experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs.
- Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail – providing consistent client experience.
- Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
Additional Requirements
- Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators; NMLS registration required; potential disqualification for felony conviction within the last seven years; compliance with SAFE Act and annual renewals.
