Job Summary
Associate Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch delivering hospitality and building lasting client relationships by understanding financial needs, educating clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), meeting with clients in person and by phone, and guiding them to appropriate banking products and services. Responsibilities include providing consultative support, quickly learning products and procedures, and handling branch operations in accordance with policies and procedures. Must communicate effectively, resolve client issues with attention to detail, and comply with risk and regulatory requirements. Located at the Greenville, SC branch with weekend/evening availability.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
