Job Summary

Deliver attentive, friendly service to clients walking into the branch, using consultative communication to understand their needs and tailor product recommendations. Meet assigned clients in person and over the phone to build lasting relationships, while educating them on technology solutions like the Chase Mobile App and ATMs. Perform branch operations including managing cash devices such as the vault and ATM, adhering to all bank policies and regulatory requirements. Resolve client issues with attention to detail and collaborate with team experts for specialized financial needs. Work branch hours including weekends and evenings. This role represents Chase's culture of creating memorable experiences through hospitality and diversity and inclusion.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results
  • Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients – elevate the client experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs
  • Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail – providing consistent client experience
  • Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training
  • High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
  • Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
  • Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators (contingent on review of criminal conviction history, credit report, NMLS information, and determination of financial responsibility, good character, and general fitness)
  • National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008 (contingent on successful registration immediately after start date, timely completion of annual renewal, and required updates)
