Job Summary
Associate Relationship Banker in East Nashville Branch with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences, leveraging banking solutions, educating clients on digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com), building relationships through in-person and phone meetings, and ensuring compliance with banking policies. Responsibilities include serving clients, understanding financial needs, tailoring product recommendations, assisting with branch operations (cash devices, ATMs), and collaborating with specialists to address complex financial needs. Requires ability to communicate effectively, resolve client issues with attention to detail, and operate within risk parameters. Must be able to work weekends/evenings and have a high school degree or GED; preferred candidates may hold a college degree or military equivalent and have experience with regulatory requirements (Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act) and NMLS registration.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
